Q&A

What is a bridal trial and do I need one?

A bridal trial is like a dress rehearsal for a stage performance. It allows you and your stylist to get to know each other, and discuss your vision in depth so we can create the perfect style for you. A bridal trial will involve a full makeup application with lashes and hairstyling, so you can be sure you’re happy in
advance – there’ll be no surprises when it comes to your big day!

How long does a bridal trial take?

Including a consultation time, makeup and hairstyling, a bridal trial generally takes 3 hours from start to finish.

What products do you use for makeup and hair?

We only use the best high end brands. Brands such as Dior, YSL, Armani, Charlotte Tilbury, Hourglass for makeup and  R+Co, Oribe, Schwarzkopf, Tigi, Keune for hair.

I need services early in the morning, can you do it?

Certainly! Departure of the stylist is possible at any time convenient for you.
Our stylists come to you at any time. Any earlier appointments will be charged. Early check-out costs (before 8:00 am) CAD 25 - for every 30 minutes.
Late check-out (after 20:00) CAD 25 - for every 30 minutes.

Is it possible to come to the client on the day of the event?

Yes, of course. But there are travel fees depending on your location.

How long does makeup and hair take?

Depending on the complexity of makeup and hair.
For example, if these are light curls and nude makeup, then it will take much less time then, for example, a low textured bun and complex eye makeup with a transition of colors.

Will there be a trial makeup or hairstyle before the main date?

If there was a rehearsal, then the artist on the day of your event will spend less time creating makeup or hairstyles, as they already know exactly what they will use and what look the client wants to get.

Long or thick hair

Even light curls for thick and long hair can sometimes take much longer than a low textured bun for medium hair.
We usually always tell our clients that the average time is 2-3 hours for make-up and hair (depending on the complexity of the make-up or hair).

I don't know what style of makeup and hairstyle to choose. Can you help?

Certainly! We will help you choose makeup and hairstyle for your outfit and for your appearance.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

For makeup: we would recommend that you gently exfoliate your skin the night before your treatment, and follow with a hydrating mask afterwards. Avoid trying any new products or skin treatments a month before your wedding.

For hair: we would recommend that you clean and dry your hair with a rinse-off conditioner. Avoid using oils on your scalp or hair, and no other styling products except for a hair dryer. For best results, hair should be washed either on the day of your appointment, or the night before.
If you have prepared your own hair extensions for our stylists to weave, please clean them in advance using shampoo, then brush and blow-dry until smooth.

Is the jewelry included in the wedding look?

No, the jewelry is purchased by the bride on her own.

Do your stylists travel abroad?

Yes, we work worldwide. For details of the departure of the stylist, please contact the administrator.
